This the drawing of the front of my house, I was unable to create a picture that looks exactly how I pictured it though this is close enough. So the Front of the house in the middle you can see that column like section is actually made out of glass (as I tried to represent). The entire house is suppose to feel very open and bright therefore, I did my best to incorporate a lot of outdoor sitting spaces such as balcony's and patios along with the large wall like windows. The bedrooms on the second floor (on either side of the house) each have balcony and glass window like doors all around it. The front door of the house is round (no its not suppose to look like The Hobbit) but imagine it as a solid white doors or a glass circular door, both ideas I like. I was also thinking main living spaces interior doors would also consist of circular doors. The roofing is made up of the Mediterranean clay styled shingles and cone shape which fits the Architectural Style I chose for my house. The house down below is basically how I would want my house to look but with different details all throughout such as the circular doors.

The outside space of the house with have lots of greenery/vegetation to add some more privacy and things to look at. It also will have a large circular driveway and side garage. The backyard will have a privacy fence and large trees for shade along with an outdoor patio that is connected to every back door from both the sun-room and the living room. The whole house will have several different kinds of trees surrounding it and creating shade for the location I chose.

The inside of the house would of course have to match the glamore of the outside so I would have plenty of lounging areas and hanging chairs and couches. For the floor plan of the first floor we have 4 main rooms. The kitchen and living room on the left and across the parlor we have the office/hobby space and the sun-room which leads to a side back patio. The kitchen doubles as the dinning room in the left half with all cooking needs on the right. The living room and kitchen walkway from the parlor is very open so instead of a full wall separating the 2 room sins a little more then half so the spaces feel more together. In the living room there is a large hanging chair, shelf's and a fireplace to fill space. While the wall facing the backyard is another large wall like window to let in the light. The living room does not have a ceiling instead it consist of a catwalk so if you are standing in the center hallway on the second floor you can look down into the living room.

On the second floor there are also 4 rooms and 2 full baths. It consist of 2 guest bedrooms: each with a closet, a laundry room, the master bed/bath and a final full bathroom with a storage closet beside it. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and privet access to the full bath. There is also a balcony and large window/door to let in the light and take in the view if the location. It will have things in it such a large handing bed and desks and chairs. Within the main bathroom there is a large tub and shower with a vanity and place to store things such as towels. On the back side of the house, behind the master bed, is one of the guest rooms with access to a balcony overlooking the backyard and a full closet. Across the hall from that guest room in the main/public full bath and a supply closet next to the catwalk of the living room. In the front left corner of the house in the second guest room with a side balcony and a full closet. In between the guest room and living room catwalk in the laundry room which will have washer/dryer and also things like an ironing board.

The third floor is basically just one big open space with a couple of walls as dividers and one separate room for the gym space. Of course we already have the spiral going through both the center of the room and then there is a game space and TV space for chill and any fun activities ex. a ball pit (absolutely necessary). There is also a full bathroom in the basement and hall circular storage closet to fit within the corner next to the bathroom (you can look at image one, the actual floor plan).

As far as height goes down below is the section and elevation view for my house. The house is very tall with the main floor (floor one) ceilings scaling to be 20ft tall and the basement and top floor scaling at 15ft. This is also meant to aid in the large open feeling of the house. It leaves space for things like fancy light fixtures and the hanging furniture my house is themed with. The parlor space (the middle of the house) main purpose is to create a centerpiece for the house which is the spiral staircase. The stair case is meant to go both up and down to the top floor and basement making its a centerpiece on every level. It is suppose to help with the grand feeling of the whole house (scaling 10ft diameter) and I just really wanted a cool staircase.

So there you have it, that is my house. Hopefully the long explanations help you fully understand what I was going for.
