Dream Home Program

I plan to create a large 3-story house with a basement, main floor and upstairs bedroom space. For the exterior of the house, there will be a garage around the right side of the house and large front door with a smaller cul-de-sac sidewalk like access to it. Around the back, I want to create a large backyard but fully privet with a fence and trees.

When you walk in the first thing you will see is the parlor space that cuts straight through the center of the house and leads to the big backyard and back patio. In the middle of the of the parlor is a large spiral staircase that goes both upstairs and downstairs. When you’re standing at the door, if you look to your left the first archway leads to the kitchen with a wall separating it from the living room. The archway goes for both the living room and kitchen giving it a very open feeling. In the living room, it looks directly out to the backyard with a big open glass/window wall with a fireplace and high ceiling that incorporates an upstairs overlook keeping the house more connected.

On the right side of the parlor there is a closed up office space with a cool and wall and right next to that an open doorway that leads to a sun-room and side exit to the backyard. When you go to the upstairs, the spiral staircase is still in the center. Right above the door is a large round balcony with a large set of double doors. In the right side of the upstairs is the master bed and bath. The master is in the front corner with a wraparound corner balcony and a hanging bed. The master bath would be right next to the walk in closet. The connecting wall to the master bed would be a smallish laundry room. In-between the laundry room and the living room overlook would be the main upstairs bath and then on the same side as the living room overlook would be two extra guest bedrooms.

There is also a basement which incorporates an epic game room with a half bath and access to a small downstairs gym.
