    Persistence means to have  determination while pursuing a goal despite the obstacles and difficulty. To persist is to not give up until you successfully reach your goal. Its a mindset and skill you have to experience in order to understand.  At DRSS The curriculum really test students ability to persist. Its hard and pushes mental and physical limits. The advanced STEM education I have never been the best at so being able to keep going and working has been something I learn everyday. You try, try, try and try again and you wont give into the pressure.
