Final AIA Model

The final

          This is the final model for my AIA Project. To put it into perspective a lot went wrong during the creation of this final. Including the colors used for paint, the materials I had access to and the overall presentation due to the fact I did not have a concept statement. The goal of this model and overall design was so that I could represent growth and healing through the symbolism of a colorful and lit tree. 

I wanted to the light to be the main symbolism of hope and the colors to represent healing as though things look bleak and dark to counteract these feelings throughout the people of Dayton. I received an award for “Most Creative Use of Materials” and was announced amongst the final seven winners for the competition.
