This is my bubble diagram for my open-air space. It follows the narrow lot and progressively opens wider toward the front of the space, closest to the street, Therefore, I plan on incorporating the focal point and information aspects to this area in this wider space. The idea is to show progression and recovery and that is why the alleyway leads up to my focal point/symbolic tree showing vibrancy, life and healing.

Click the next slide to see the circulation map for my space. Since the space is designed as a pathway and seating area, people will be directed to walk through the center and around the tree sculpture in order to enter/exit. The heaviest foot traffic will be coming from the entrance since visitors may not walk all the way through.
initial drawings
This is the rough, overall sketch of my open-air space. There will also be lights on the underneath side of the bridge and eventually I will create a sketch with color for representation.
